Additionally, the effectiveness of different outreach methods (direct outreach, events, social media) will be compared. Cost-effectiveness will be measured by calculating the cost per participating restaurant or the cost per pound of food donated. A comprehensive report will be compiled summarizing campaign activities, data collected, analysis of results, and key takeaways. Success stories and lessons learned will be highlighted to inform future program improvement. This report will be shared with key stakeholders, including restaurants, food rescue organizations, and donors.
